One segment: up to 160 GSM characters, or 70 for Unicode (Hindi, Gujarati, emoji). Longer messages are split into 153 or 67-character segments, each billed separately.
Do I need DLT registration in India?
Yes, for Indian numbers you need a registered entity, header and template. We guide you through it and attach your IDs to each campaign.
Which route should I use for OTP?
Direct. It's the most expensive tier but the fastest and most reliable.
